Student library

Our school library is very popular with our students. This is mainly due to the large selection of current books. Thanks to the generous donations from the proceeds of our St. Martin celebrations, we can keep replenishing our stock of books.

Our children will find books for different ages on various shelves. For younger readers and novice readers, we have picture books, books in large print, non-fiction books with simple and shorter texts and much more. The Olchi books, the witch Lilli and stories by Conni are particularly popular reading material.

For older readers there are various crime series such as Nick Nase, Kwiatkowski or the 3 ???, the “Magical Tree House”, “Lola”, “Connie” and much more. Many non-fiction books on the animal or technology world are also popular. The books by our former colleague Guido Kasmann should not be missing either.

Most of our books are also represented in the Antolin reading program. With the help of a sticker, the children can recognize which book they are reading and can then use it to earn points in the Antolin program.

The children visit our library with their class teacher and can choose their dream book. The teacher enters the name of the user on the lending card and then you can start browsing. It is very rare that a book is broken or lost and has to be replaced. After returning the book, the children can choose a new book.
