Break concept

The breaks in our school structure the school day for the students. They offer you opportunities to play and exercise as well as opportunities to retreat. Through game instructions and-accompaniment and intensive supervision ensure that all children are given the most restful, relaxed and varied break possible.

Our school has two shared breaks for all students during the school morning. The big break is from 9:45 am to 10:05 am. The children then have breakfast together in their classes. In the “small” break from 11:50 am to 12:05 pm, the children again have the opportunity to cultivate cross-class friendships and acquaintances and to play with each other.

Break organization

During the long break, the children can take advantage of different breaks. Our school rules support a friendly and safe break. In the school yard there are two climbing frames, a football field, a table tennis table, benches and a large playhouse.

Game rental

In order to create incentives for exercise and to offer the students a wider range of activities during the break in the school yard, they can borrow material such as balls, ropes, stilts, pedalos, etc. during the first break with a rental card. The distribution of materials is done by the fourth graders and supervised by the teachers.

Indoor break

A small part of the student body does not always manage to take a relaxed break in the school yard. During the indoor break, you then have the opportunity to resolve conflicts. Wherever possible, the supervisor will guide you through games and activities. A return to the shared farm break is sought.

Rain break

When it rains, the classes stay in their room and are supervised there by their teachers. During this time, the children can use the class’s range of games.
